What a Brilliant Idea! Reward Agents for Helping Build the Company!
Where I spent most of my career, I was lucky to get a Thank You, if I brought an agent to their door.
The agents at Exit Real Estate Results made an additional $620,947.86 in 2006 for sponsoring agents into EXIT. In 2007 they made $434,961.50. (Yes, in that slow market!) We call it Mailbox Money because it just shows up ... 10% of every commission check comes back to the agent that invited the recruit into EXIT.
What a deal!
